PLS UPDATE US LATE FILLING ER-1 RETURN CHARGES AND CODE
13 October 2016
Amendment in Rule 12 of CER 2002 in budget 2015,penalty of ₹ 100 per day subject to maximum of ₹ 20000/- has been inserted for late filing of returns. Wef 01.03.2015 under Rule 12(6) & 17(5).
