Like kingfisher is talking about equity infusion in the company by march end then how can this benefit to cash strapped kingfisher airlines.

Equity infusion simply means further issue of shares.
It will result in inflow of funds and therefore will provide relief to cash strapped company. Its influx of fresh capital.

Equity infusion means issue of equity shares against cash.
The cash collected after issuing new shares will help the company recovering from the adverse condition.

Due to increase in funds in company, it can carry out its operations more effectively and smoothly which it can not do in dire need of funds.
