EPF IS TO BE PAID MONTHLY OR QUATERLY

EPF is to be paid monthly every 15th of the following month with out any delay

LATEST IMPORTANT AMMENDMENT
The EPFO has issued Circular No. WSU/9(1)2013/Settlement/35631 Date:08th January, 2016, removing the grace period of 5 days for depositing PF .
Accordingly, it has been decided that concession of grace period of 5 days available to the employers for depositing the contribution & other dues is withdrawn herewith. This decision shall apply from February, 2016 (contributions for month of January, 2016 and payable in the month of February, 2016),and hence, February 2016 onwards the due date shall be 15th of the following month instead of 20th.
