pls guide
a firm has 25 employee (office staff + labour/worker)on its muster.but daily present employees are only 15.
is epf registration require for the firm?

Under the employee provided fund and misselenous act -any schedule industries which have 20 or more worker employed on a day proceeding 12 month , must required registered himself for EPF within a 30 day form business commence
