30 March 2015 An employer who is not obliged to deduct PF can deduct PF? I have heard from my friend that his employer is deducting some amt from his employees salary in the name of PF. He s neither depositing it in any account neither he is returning such amount when an employee resigns. Can any claim or complaint can be lodged against him?
