Hi,
is excise duty applicable on sale made by 100% EOU to another EOU ? is such EOU is consider as a DTA ?

NO duty levied in sez area.
AS PER PARA 6.14 OF HAND BOOK OF PROCEDURES VOL-(1) 2009-2014
"SUPPLIES TO OTHER EOU /EHTP/STP/BTP/ SEZ UNITS SHALL TO BE COUNTED towards NFE provided that such goods are premissible for procurement by these units"
