05 August 2012 my doubt is regarding the latest amended proviso of input credit of the entry tax paid.how much credit is allowable on entry tax paid

The entry tax paid in punjab will be considered as "prepaid " tax and the entire amount will be eligible for Input tax Credit.

For bringing in goods to punjab and sending outside punjab for specific commodities prior intimation/forms in online is necessary based on value. Please take care that point also.

07 August 2012 sir..if it is fully allowable than was there any proviso stating that input credit of entry tax is allowed over and above 4%..??? means upto 4% it is to b deposited to govt..
