The entry tax paid in punjab will be considered as "prepaid " tax and the entire amount will be eligible for Input tax Credit.
For bringing in goods to punjab and sending outside punjab for specific commodities prior intimation/forms in online is necessary based on value. Please take care that point also.

sir..if it is fully allowable than was there any proviso stating that input credit of entry tax is allowed over and above 4%..??? means upto 4% it is to b deposited to govt..
