Please tell me, What is the Entry Tax?
& i bought one imported Machine to AP, But karanaka state collect entry tax is it correct please clearfy me.

Entry Tax has to pay on entry of goods in from out side to the in side corporation area / Municipal Area / state, on Machinary where the mhachine has final establishement, that state has to collect the Entry Tax. In Karnataka 2% Entry Tax Applicable on Plant & machinary, if the machnary is establish in Karnantaka
on Entry Value (Invoice + Customes Duty + Frieght) total Asset Cost.
Entry Tax Applicable in Karnataka for Fixed Assets, Diesel, Petrol & Vehicle Only
on Entry Value (Invoice + Customes Duty + Frieght) total Asset Cost.
