how to do share entry from contract note (purchase & sale)?

For the sake of simplicity; pass such entries as under :
Purchases A/c Dr
Charges (including all) A/c Dr
To Broker
----------------------------
Broker A/c Dr
Charges (including all) A/c Dr
To Sales
You should also maintain stock records if you are trading in shares so that FIFO valuation will be known at the end of the year.
If during the year any bonus or splits of shares are there; you should pass stock journals.
All you can do in Tally.
Purchases A/c Dr
Charges (including all) A/c Dr
