I have vat & cst No. in d name of Ranjan Enterprise but my supplier supplies products billed in the name of Ranjan Enterprises.
would this effect my taxability in any way?

The additional "s" is NOT considered MATERIAL.
It is safe on your part to write a suitable letter to the concerned person asking him to note the "s"
Considering the size and turnovr of your business, you can write a +ve letter to all your customers. This may prove to eb a boon in disguise.
