A Partnership Firm is dissolved during the FY 2008-2009. What types of documents, I have to submit with Firm’s Income Tax Return for the AY 2009-2010.
Is it required to enclose the Dissolution of Partnership Deed with the ITR ?

you must generate the documents but not to be filed

No documents will be filed with ITR but you have to submit dossolution deed and other documents with your AO.

you have to execute dissolution deed but donot require to file with ITR.Assessing officer can demand of at the time of assessment.
