Employer has not provided form 16a

19 January 2015 Employer has outsourced the tax related work of employees to a consultancy and they claim that since the salary is below taxable income Form 16A is not required and gave only Form 16B. But for home loan, the loan agent is asking Form 16A as mandatory. So this has created real problem for sanction of loan. Can some one suggest some solution..?
