Dear Sir,
I have received invoice from Bharti axa Genral Insurance company Ltd of Rs 228495.00 including service tax.
This invoice is employees annually Insurance from company side.
In this invoice Tds is applicable or not.

No TDS applicable on the insurance payment for employees to insurance companies
