Hello,
whether completion of articleship before one month of final examination is mandatory in new syllabus? if my articleship is completing on 12th April 2010 then whether i can apppear in May 2010 examination.

Eligible for Final Examination is completion of 2 years articleship under an Auditor for both the syllabus

You are eligible to appear the final examination of May 2010. You need not wait for completing the articleship, The requirement is to complete the two year of articleship at the time of Exam.
