Eligibility for appearing ca final november, 2014

I have already taken a leave of 129 days. I am planning to take leave from 7/7/2014 for preparing for November attempt.
Will I be eligible to appear for November, 2014 exam?

If he agree to sign on your completion firm with out excess leave you will be eligible for Nov2014 atempt
.
.but if he shows total leave availed by you you are not eligible to write Nov2014 exams
.
So first think about that...
.
Generally if boss permits let the articleship completes as per 102 and work under him for excess leave taken with due dicipline if he agrees it is fine other wise write may 2015 attempt
