07 March 2012 is service tax levied on reliance energy / tata power electricity bill because in bill bifurcation no service tax is mentioned

08 March 2012 there is no service tax on distribution of electricity, if provided by a licensee authorized to distribute power under the Electricity Act, 2003. for more details read Notification No. 32/2010.
