can anyone tell me what is the pocedural requirement for calling an egm at shorter notice( for a private limited co.) also is the consent of the members in form 22A to be filed with ROC???

10 November 2010 Yes u can file the same in form 23 as optional attachments.

For calling of EGM at shorter notice, whether it is public company or private company, the consent of member is required in Form 22A is required and also filed with Form 23 as necessary attachment.

Agree with Ajay Sir but Form 22A is not a mandatory attachment and is an optional attachment but its better if you attach to Form 23!
