Kindly advise me that how to get efilling retun passowrd.

Kly submit an application to the jurisdictional office containing the following details.

ST reg. no.
Phone.
e-mail id
In reply the department will e-mail the user id and password. On receipt of e-mail the service provider has to necessarily change the password and then can proceed with e-payment as well as e-filing.
