14 December 2013 respected sir, am not finding ITR4 FORM under incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in under quick efile. how can file tds return 2013 - 2014 .

14 December 2013 @sandiip i think you have TDS credit so you want to file return of income to claim TDS refund, So you required to file Income tax return. Not the TDS return.

For quick efile not available for ITR-4, it available only for ITR-1 and 4S only.

So download the ITR-4 from the department's site and then fill and follow the instructions of e-file and then file your return of income.
