23 October 2010 what is the difference between st-3 fill and efiling of st-3 and when we save a st-3 fill return, how to submit it online. kindly answer at the earliest.

23 October 2010 ST-3 filing the manual filing, the hard copy of return need to submit the department

E-filing, you need to login www.aces.gov.in with the user name & passward alloted by the department to your registration number. after login you can download the ST-3 e-return reparation utility excel file from the website and fill the file and covert as xml format and upload the xml file with your login in www.aces.gov.in
