For A Y 2014-15 Tax Audit Report in Form 3CA & 3CD can be filed at a subsequent date after filing of ITR 6.
My question is in ITR 6 which dates to be put against Date of Tax Audit Report and Filing of Tax Audit Report when they are to be filed at a later stage ?

It seems so. Even I am flummoxed. I just generated an XML for ITR4 with audit report and furnishing date for November 1, 2014!!

Lol...I have to go by your word. But Then what was the need for extension in due date of filing Income Tax Return?
In my view Income Tax Return should be filed after Tax Audit report in view of Section 139(9)(bb), more so after the much awaited extension in due date of return vide notification dated 26.09.2014.
If a later date, be it a loophole in ITR, is accepted then everyone will file ITR earlier quoting Tax Audit date as a later date to avoid payment of interest u/s 234A.

Then Nikhil Ji you should not have advised something which you will refrain from doing yourself.
Dear Anonymous please file Income Tax return after filing Tax Audit Report. If you mention a later date then your return will be defective u/s 139(9)(bb) and if you want to save interest u/s 234A then file both Tax Audit and IT Return within 30.09.2014.
