sir, will you please tell me what is the effective date of issuing abstract?
whether 21 days of issuing abstract of increasing remuneration was start from BM meeting or from where remuneration to be increased?

Section 302(7) says that the provision of this section shall apply to any resolution of the Board of Directors of a company appointing a manager or managing director or WTD or varying any previous contract or resolution of the company relating to the appointment of manager or managing director or WTD, as they apply in relation to any contract for the like purpose.
Section 302(1) says that abstract of the terms of appointment/reappointment should be send wit in 21 days from the date of entering into contract (passing of Board Resolution).

sir one more question,if our board meeting will be held on 15th july but we want to increase remuneration of whole time director from 1st june then what is the effective date of issuing abstract.

In case of remuneration, you can paid him retrospectively, but it is decide through board resolution, so the effective date will be from the date of passing of Board Resolution for paying remuneration w.e.f. 01.06.
