Hi,
XYZ Pvt. Ltd. received debtenture money on 1st December. Allotment was done on 2nd December. What shall be the effective date for calculation of debenture interest?
A. The date of receipt of money
B. The date of allotment

should depend on the terms of the debenture agreement. logically it should be from the date of allotment.
