Is registration u/s 12A is sufficient if educational institution gross receipts exceed one crore rupees? thanks in advance

For exemption Section 12A registration is a pre-condition only. Audit Requirement and Application U/s 10(23C) for grant of exemption certificate are also such requirements which are to be followed strictly in adherence with the legal provisions.
