Should we adjust cenvat credit of Basic excise duty - 12% or Addi excsie duty - 4% with no cenvat credit available for Education cess and SEducation cess?

If no balance in the head of edu cess and sh cess then pay the duty from PLA account. You can not adjust the duty from basic excise duty to edu cess or sh cess.
