Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:
I am reasonably familiar up to the NSDL RPU Version 4.2 for quarterly e-TDS/TCS statements (NON-JAVA Utility).

After download and store in a path, how to use e-TDS/TCS Return Preparation Utility Ver. 1.0 (based on JAVA platform) for quarterly e-TDS/TCS statements from FY 2007-08 Download RPU version 1.0

you can install the application after install you can access through programs or shortcut in desktop. you can to fill the basic details and other details one by one.
You can also check with the software available with private software providers, private software has the advantage to fill in excel and convert the same in to NSDL format.
