As per latest circular i understand that purchaser and a seller has to file E sugam
if both are Regd dealers.

Am i right ?

23 January 2012 The latest circular on e sugam in Karnataka has listed out commodities on which a e-sugam needs to be generated and issued. It is not necessary that both the parties to the transcation are registered dealers. Incase of URD purchases the TIN no. to be used shall be 29000000000.
