What is the use of E Sugam and when it is applicable?

Esugam form is the statutory delivery note under VAT, while transporting goods within state or sending goods from the state to outside state, it need to be prepared online VAT website and send along with the goods, it need to be submitted at commercial check post or demand commercial tax officers when ever necessary
