E-submission of form 16

30 July 2013 Please give me the suggestion for opening of the portal of e-submission of form 16 in www.wbcomtax.gov.in because when i am opening the said portal it is viewing that "The request did not specify a valid virtual host."

Please reply at earliest.

But when i am filling the Form 15 for quarterly VAT Return it is showing that the form 16 to be filed at first. Please explain why it is no need to submission ?.

30 July 2013 ok sorry i misunderstood as salary tds certificates yes dvat 16 can be efiled from dvat.gov.in only and first of all you need to submit annexures 2A,2B
