On coming of the provisions of e-stamping, there is no need to stamp physically to MOA and AOA.
You just attach signed MOA and AOA with Form 1 and click the column on payment of stamp duty through e-stamping. After this the challan will generate alonwith the ROC fee, which will be paid to concerned account.

As per the payment of stamp duty act, signing should be done after stamping but after introduction of e-stamping this is actually not possible.
so what u can do is, the uploading date of e- form 1 should be mentioned as the date of signing of MOA & AOA & Power of Attorney.
