We are manufacturers and wants to purchase the material from other state and the seller will dispatch the material directly to our party. this will be E1 Sale. My query is does it require to addition in excise registration. Pls. advise me.

For a E1 transaction no registration require3d under excise unless you wish to pass on the credit to the consignee/ final buyer. If so then registration under excise as dealer is necessary.
