16 November 2015 I got tin no in August 2014, but no transaction made up to till date, e return also not made, it can possible to made nil return for past period, plz give full details

17 November 2015 Prior to 2014 there was concept of nil tds return which was complusory filled if no transaction/ payment made which attract tds provision during the relevant quarter. after 2014 filling of nil return is not complusory if transaction doesn't happened durning the quarter whihc attract tds provision no need to fill tds return.
