ROC fees (filing of form 1 , MOA and AOA) is compulsory to be paid through online or it can be paid through challan in bank?

12 May 2011 If the ROC Filing fees exceeds Rs.50,000/-, it can be paid by way of a Challan.

12 May 2011 It is not compulsory to make e-payment. Payment can be made through challan payment also, but only to Selected branches of the following five banks have been authorized for accepting MCA Payments:

Punjab National bank
State Bank of India
ICICI Bank
HDFC Bank
Indian Bank

12 May 2011 In the interest of stakeholders, with a view to improving service delivery time, Ministry has decided to accept payments of value upto Rs.50,000, for MCA 21 services ,only in electronic mode w.e.f 27th March, 2011.
For the payments of value above Rs. 50,000, stakeholders would have the option to either make the payment in electronic mode, or paper challan. However such payments would also be made in electronic mode w.e.f .1st October’2011.
