24 July 2014 Generally,the method followed in all states by the NIC is a set of Username and password are issued by the registering authority(LVO) to all dealers enabling them to do e-filing. Similarly this facility is available for getting CST forms,VAT forms etc. So,you may check with your LVO office...mjk
