E-filing / Password missing

Hi there,

One of our client had e-filed a return for F.Y. 2007-08. Since the concerned staff left the office, we are not able to trace the password for e- filing , neither we have the pet name given.

We also dont have any IT acknowledgements.

How will we be able to retrieve the log in???

Please suggest.
