E-filing of form 20b

When filing the Form 20B- Annual Return, it is mandatory to provide the bank account no. of the Company. But the client Company (not yet started functioning) doesn't have a bank account, is it possible to e-file the Form 20B? If so, how ?

No need to provide bank account no. of company in Annual Returns the same is not mandatory.
