E-filing and non-credit of self assessment tax

I had e-filed my IT return on 27th june 2011 for the finacial year 2010-2011. By mistake i wrote wrong self assessment tax paid date as 26 dec 2011 instead of 26 july 2011(correct one). when the notice to pay self assessment tax came I rectified my return. This rectification request has not been accepted. Now what should I do. Can I rectify the return one more time or should I inform CPC bangalore of the self assessment tax paid via receipt no....dated 26 july 2011. This self assessment tax paid is being reflected on NDSL TIN website ie 26A.

If the online rectification is rejected, you may once again file an online rectification stating clearly the mistake happened while filing the original return with particular reference to the entry in form 26AS.
