I found that return can be efiled.but need to be forward to BANGLORE IT office ONLY.
& its mentioned that it can not be via courior or regitered post.
it can be send only via simple upc post.
but even though the circular saying the same,in Ahmedabad branch IT officers are still demanding efile return hard copy at their end and also saying that we should also send the second copy within 30days to BANGLORE IT office.
What is purely legal?and what to do?

The view of the Ahmedabad IT officers is absolutely wrong. Circular no. 3/2009 dated 21/5/2009 para 10 is very clear that, I quote, no Form ITR V shall be received in any other office of Income tax department or in any other manner.
Therefore,in view of the above, ITR V should be send to Bangalore only by ordinary post and need not file any where else.
Show the circular to the IT officers at Ahmedabad and convince them regarding the referred matter.
