Dear Sir
We are in the category of Quaterly return filing, we last filed our sales tax retur for the qtr ending on 31.12.2010, if we file all the pending returns today how much will be the penalty, whereas our turnover is NIL.
Please provide the anwer.

Mr Author,
When turnover is nil there will be no penalty and interest. You may do the return filing under e-filing arrangement without any problem. But,for having nil return for such a long period and not filing it also, your registration might have been cancelled automatically. Just check up....MJK
