Duty on badminton rackets

sir,
we are importing badminton rackets under chapter 95065910 which will be sold through distributors . we have the following querries
1. Are our products covered under weights and measures and do we come under mrp based valuation for custom duty purposes
2. What is the duty structure applicable to us
3. What is the abatement ???
As we understand we are liable to pay mrp based custom duty ( no abatement ) @ 10+5+3+3+4
Would be obliged if someone can clarify
