case:- in aug month excise duty not paid on one sale invoice by mistake. now sep month return filled, what i do for aug invoice.

Case of non compliance of Rule 4 of CER'2002 which requires duty payment on goods removed from factory/ warehouse/ place of removal. Applicable Duty + interest + penalty is leviable
