Dear Friends,
When a company import scuffolding(which is used for building construction)to India what will be the custums duty or whether there will be any expemtion. Import is done by subsidiry in India from its holding company abroad, in this case can we claim expemtion allowed for import of capital goods for infrastrutural development??? or any other expemtion available? what is the rate of duty? kinldy give your suggestions....

IN MY OPINION THE COMPANY CAN PURCHASE ANY CHAPTER 3 LICENCE THEREFORE CAN IMPORT AND CAN EVADE ANY OTHER DUTIES AFTER ISSUE RELEASE ADVICE FROM CUSTOM .
SECOND:-
ALL TERMS and CONDITION IS AVAILABLE HERE COMPANY ALSO ISSUE THE ADVANCE LICENCE.
IT DEPANDS COMPANY.
PLEASE IF U NOT SATISFIED REVERT BACK WITH THE IEC NO. AND 3 PRE DIGIT OF COMPANY AND ALSO PROVIDE THE TURNOVER AND RCMC DETAIL AND ALSO PROVIDE THE SSI AVAILABLITY .
