Duty drawback

For filing application for duty drawback claim time limit is 3 months and further 3mths may be condoned by AC. whether any fees has to be paid the CE office for the condonation. pl clarify me

i want ti inform you that Drawback is the refund of duties, taxes, and fees imposed on imported merchandise which is subsequently exported.
No fee is prescribed by the department , but in the era of corruption some corrupt officer does not provide the credit to party within time.
