duplicate firm 16 & 16A

24 September 2010 A company can issue duplicate form 16 & 16 A to its employees & party.
but is any formalities are required to issue the said certificate?
means any legal formalities?
kindly help me its very urgent.

Simply, get a request letter from employee or party & issue the form 16/16A again with marking on it as "DUPLICATE"
