Due dtae of filling of b.sheet and p & l xbrl

11 July 2013 Dear Friends,
Please tell me ,what is the due date of filling of the balance sheet and profit & loss a/c in XBRL form for the F.Y.2012-2013.
If AGM date is 15th,June.2013?

And what is the criteria for XBRL filling ?

11 July 2013 The companies are required to file their Cost Audit Report [or the Compliance report] for the year 2012-13 within 180 days of the close of the financial year or by December 31, 2013, whichever is later.

For Financial Year 2012-13, the MCA has not issued any Circular/Notification.

As per Companies Act, 1956, you will file your Balance Sheet in XBRL mode with in 30 days from the date of AGM.

29 October 2013 All companies falling in Phase – I class of companies (excluding exempted class) are permitted to file their financial statements without any additional fees within 30 days from the due date of AGM.
