Can a CA give due diligence report to banks when the bank is granting finance to any party.

dear chetan,
as I believe it was answered earlier, yes a CA can issue such report. however, it shall also depend on the bank...if a bank mandates that the report is to be issued by a lawyer, then you need to engage a lawyer.
