For Individuals/ Partnership Firms Service Tax Deposited Quarterly using GAR7
Due Dates:
April-June------5th July
July-September----5th October
October-December------5th January
January-March------31st March.
In case of Companies Service Tax Deposited Monthly using GAR7.
For companies due date is 5th of Succeeding month (6th in case of e-payment). For the month of march due date is 31st March.

DUE DATE OF FILING SERVICE TAX RETURN IS--
FOR 1ST HALF - 25TH OCTOBER
FOR 2ND HALF - 25TH APRIL.
DUE TO IMPLEMENTATION OF NEGATIVE LIST AND RCM (FROM 01.07.2012) THE 1ST HALF RETURN WAS BROKEN INTO 2 QUARTERLY RETURNS.
THE DUE DATE OF 2ND HALF RETURN (OCT 12 TO MAR 13) HAS ALSO BEEN EXTENDED TILL 10.09.2013.
RETURN ARE FILED IN ST3 FORM

As per your Answer, STR for 1st half year was Broken in to 2 Quarters then what are the Due Dates for the Quarters to File a Return

for April to June 2012 due date was 25.11.2012
for July to Sept 2012 due date was 15.04.2013
for July to Sept 2012 due date was 15.04.2013

is the above due dates are applicable for the further f.y`s i.e, 2013-14.

From Fy 2013-14 returns will again be half yearly but the due date is still in doubt. Let department come announce the dates. Like earlier cases due dates are expected to be extended. So keep a watch on the announcements @ https://www.aces.gov.in/
