21 April 2012 For dealers who are required to do audit under mvat act there is no change in the due date of filing return.
For dealers who are not required to do audit for the financial year 2011-12 i.e. not required to submit e form 704, the last due date to file last return of period ending on 31-03-2012 is 30 june 2012 along with the applicable annexures.
