Due date of filing itr for ay 14-15- tax audit applicable

23 August 2014 Dear Sir

I have a doubt about ITR filing date for AY 14-15 of a company on which Tax Audit applicable.

As Tax audit tax extend till 30/11/14 whether date of ITR is 30/9/14 or 30/11/14

please reply on rajendra@uja.in

23 August 2014 no, as the date of filling return is same i.e 30.9.2014 only as there is change in date of tax audit only

23 August 2014 well actually the confusion is because the tax audit form is to be filed before filing the tax return. Therefore, theoretically, the due date for the return should also be extended. but as on date, CBDT has not yet clarified.
