A pvt. Ltd. Company having turnover below 1 crore in AY 2016-17. Pls tell me the due date for filing ITR for this company,

I am confused about tax audit
for non audited assessee the due date
Was 7/8/2016,
Pls correct me....
due to the above mentioned order, the same is extended to 17/10/2016

For company due date is 30/9/2016 my doubt is if company books is not auditable then will the due date be same i.e 30/9/2016

will audit u/s 44AB be applicable even if trunover is below 1 crore in case of company
For pvt ltd COMPANY, the due date of filing income tax return is 30/09/2016.....now extended to 17/10/2016,
irrespective of the fact whether or not the said company is required to conduct audit u/s 44AB.
Is that ok?

but weather this tax audit criteria will be applicable to decide the due date of partner ship firm and proprietor ship
that is why i said please read section 139 carefully.....
not only firm or proprietor, but the partners of the firm as well

according to section 139 if firms & proprietor ship concern books is non audited they have to file return with 31/7/ if audited then 30/9
am i right...
(Unfortunately, the same logic, I dont know why, you were trying apply for Companies... right?)
